Gentle Pilates is perfect for those days when you need to slow things down and re-connect with your body and breath. This flow is perfect for anytime, moving the body gently but still providing an effective workout.

Pilates flow is a refreshing Mat Pilates class that combines strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Led by our passionate instructors, this class is perfect for all levels that will focus on core strength, alignment, and breath control.

mat barre

Get ready to jump into a stronger, more flexible you with our Mat Barre combo class! 

This dynamic fusion of Pilates and barre will help you achieve full-body integration. Using additional props like light weights, resistance bands, and magic circles, our Pilates-Barre classes will help optimise and increase your overall strength, coordination, flexibility, heat rate, and movement.⁠

Join us for an energetic, fun, and high-intensity class that challenges your strength and endurance. Suitable for everyBODY, we offer regressions, modifications, and progressions to make sure you get the most out of your workout.⁠


Mens Pilates

An awesome 60 minute Pilates based class just for the men in our lives, teens, grandpa's etc.

Designed to focus on deep core activation, release those typical tight areas for Men, hips, back and to thoroughly explore mobility and balance at it's best.


what a beautiful way to awaken your brain and body to begin your weekend.  It is a gentle class designed to invigorate the body through breathing, stretching and gentle pilates movements.  Designed for all ages and abilities and PJ’s are allowed.


Gentle yoga

A gentle approach to Hatha Yoga to release tension, improve flexibility and balance both mind and body. In this class you will experience a deep release of connective tissue and fascia and leave feeling relaxed and centered.


This traditional style of yoga in it's purest form is a means of using the breath to bridge the gap between the mind and the body to cultivate Union, yog. Through physical poses, asanas, we stretch, strengthen and purify the body and bring clarity of mind. This is a perfect place for those new to yoga, as each pose is held for quite a few breaths and it is slower to transition from one pose to the next. Basic is NOT to be mistaken for easy, as your whole body and mind will be challenged and brought back into balance.


vinyassa yoga

Vinyasa flow is a dynamic yoga class which moves through a combination of yoga poses in time with your breath.  By doing this, the yoga practise becomes more fast paced than our slow flow class and is great for creating space in your joints, building strength and improving flexibility.   

Your yoga moves will generate some internal heat, however, rest assured this is not hot yoga. 

Vinyasa flow is not just about the postures though. Time for pranayama (guided breathing practices), relaxation and meditation is included.  Suitable for all levels.  Some knowledge of yoga poses is beneficial, however not required.

Our slow yoga flow class is a great way to de-stress and move your body without getting all hot and sweaty.  

This class offers a combination of long hold poses and short flow sequences (the combination of a few postures that are completed in time with your breath) and provides gentle stretching, strength building poses and relaxation exercises. 

This class is perfect for getting your mind focussed on your body and calming your nervous system.   Suitable for all levels. 


Our Barre classes are a low impact, high intensity workout combining the best from standing Pilates work, short cardio intervals and stretches.

Great for legs, feet and glutes, abdominals, posture and arms – hard work, but accessible for everybody and all levels of fitness – GREAT fun!


Yin yoga works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.

It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a  Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.

Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles. Yin yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits.

trx is total-body resistance exercise and is an anchored, two-strap suspension training system that leverages your body weight against gravity to provide workouts that simultaneously target and challenge muscular stability, strength, and muscular endurance while improving flexibility, balance, coordination, and total power.

we will appropriately challenge both beginners and experienced, seasoned athletes. we focus on all foundational movements including plank, push, pull, rotate, squat, lunge, and hinge as well as more complex movement patterns.

the best part is that everyone can scale the workout in a trx class because you are in control of the level of difficulty with each exercise by simply adjusting your body position to add or decrease resistance.


power pilates
